One of the worst experience during my hotel stay. Room was near to the common washrooms which was not maintained properly. Lift not working. Manager behavior very rude and unprofessional. Basic service like water not available in room and ac not working properly

I stayed here for 2 weeks, and it was one of my worst experiences in any hotel in Pune. I will list down negatives first: 1. The first room they gave me had AC that had no airflow control as the flap was absent. When I asked for a change, they showed me 3 more rooms and all had similar issues (either AC flap absent, or AC remote not working, or water coming out of AC). Finally, my 5th room had a functioning AC, so I accepted and settled. 2. This was probably one of their better rooms and even this room had paints peeling off and was damp. 3. In the room, the coaster for keeping glass (for drinking water) was super dirty and the towels had some kind of stain for 4 days (they change towels everyday along with toiletries). 4. Now coming to few other things, for internet, they issue user ID and password for each device, and it needs to be re-issued every day. This system is irritating to say the least when you are staying for 13 nights and on top of that you need to ask for it (otherwise they won't send them) every day. 5. Same thing with their access card for room, you need to activate the card every day and few days activation failed, and I had go up and down multiple times to fix it. 6. Their elevator doesn't work on 2nd floor, but I was staying in 3rd floor, so it didn't affect me. 7. I had taken complimentary breakfast with my room. In breakfast, apparently, they serve juice along with other foods. I got juice probably 4 or 5 days, rest of the time it was always 'not available' or 'out of stock'. 8. Minor compared to above points, but they don't allow delivery people to come to room nor they deliver themselves to room. So, you need to come downstairs to get the food yourself. Now coming to few positives: 1. The people who were involved in day-to-day service, were very helpful. They were more knowledgeable than people in reception in general. (Reason why I gave 2 stars) 2. Rooms was clean otherwise. 3. The location was very convenient for my office travel.

Room is average. Pillow was not much comfortable. Ac is very old and sometimes it stops working. Telephone was not available to call reception or restaurant. Restaurant food was good. Hot water available 24x7. Getting complimentary water bottle 1Ltr.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
