This resort service is really good. And location also very good with lake view. Price is really econimical. They also provided complementary break fast. We ordered dinner and food was very good taste with good quality. Overall every thing is exceptionally good.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning lakeside location and the warm welcome from the staff. The hotel's decor is elegant and modern, with a touch of rustic charm that complements its natural surroundings. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a balcony overlooking the serene lake. The view was breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. I enjoyed the well-maintained fitness center and the relaxing spa, where I indulged in a rejuvenating massage. We recently stayed in Honeymoon suite for 3 nights. The room was spacious and hygienic. The view of the channel was very good. The service was courteous. The food was also nice. However the entry from the main road is narrow and inconvenient. The breakfast was just adequate.

The location was great with an amazing view of the backwaters with houseboats and Shikaras passing by until dusk from our balcony (honeymoon suite). Great management team at the resort, especially Alex and the General Manager. We enjoyed staying at the honeymoon suite, it was very clean and spacious (minus the few bugs and spider we had to remove, but with such close location to the water it was somewhat expected).. The food was pretty good too! We would come back here if we come back to kerala.

Near starting point. Nice place to stay. Spacious rooms. We enjoyed the swim pool. Just outside is d backwaters. The resort people are booking the house boat at cheaper cost I heard pls enquire & compare. Ask for lake view rooms. Complimentary breakfast is good. Zomato service available to this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
