Best possible location, 5mins walk from Churchgate station and Marine drive. U can take a morning or late night walk also on Marine drive. Good size clean rooms and excellent service. Reasonable price. We didn't hav breakfast here but is available. Plenty of restos nearby. No complaints.

We stayed for 3 nights. Room on 4th floor. Small lift or use stairs if in hurry. Room size quite adequate for 2 of us and belongings. Small balcony facing side of the Ambassador. Some traffic noise but not too disturbing. Hot water and WiFi ok. Fridge but no kettle. Room cleaned thoroughly and tidied as required. Good location - 20 min walk to India Gate area and 5 min to Churchgate Station for cheap travel northwards. Breakfast passable but was on 1st floor in a room the size of a classroom with just a couple of tables and line of dozen chairs along one side. Coffee or tea from thermos. Toast or some hot buffet choices but fairly limited. Cost 250 rupees not great value. After one day we chose the Pizza cafe across the road offering breakfast cooked on demand for 400-500. Overall - good value for location and room standard but not a top choice for food.

Clean and neat. Good location on marine drive. Lovely staff. Good services. Can find everything near by. Be aware about taxi drivers parking on the front. They can double the price of trips. So double check. You can get hundred of taxis on the roads on better rate. Will not spend more than 80 to 100rs for dropping within the city like Colaba. If need to go other shipping like Daddar will spend around 200rs, so better don't accept deals of 2k per day.

Expect the unexpected. Looking at the hotel building, you won't imagine what's inside. I was in for a pleasant surprise. Clean corridors, neat spacious rooms. All the required amenities. And the best part is that this property is on Marine Drive. The staff is very friendly and courteous. There is ample of parking space. Right opposite to the hotel is the famous Pizza by the bay resta and K Rustoms ice cream. I would highly recommend that you check out this hotel once.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
