        Horrifying experience! Worst Behaviour. Spoiled the mood of my family on my birthday night. We have all the reasons to file an FIR, gave us a lifetime of learning . We were threatened by Kartik to send goons in our room to create a ruckus for a genuine review that we filed (purely based on his behaviour , choice of words on the call and not coz he asked for pricing). Background story- we found a listing on Airbnb (Pangoot, nanital) -OAK N PINE (listed as Barn) where we he was a so called super-host (lesson learned do not trust based on this) . We accept our miss out- 🙏🏻 It was a honest mistake of not discussing the number of people before booking, enquiry was made on airbnb but booked offline and while we reached at the property at 9 PM (after off-roading in a no network area) after confirming it is an independent unit we were asked to pay 1500 additional ( with no extra service given) to which we said if he could reduce a bit it was a request which could be politely declined (reduce 500) ( original booking amount :2500)now he made a total to 4k (1k was paid advanced). It was not worth the price, season( We hail from nanital) - while discussing this on the phone he was rude enough to state you may leave the property if not okay if the price, you are frustrating, don’t put things on me- gun to my head while we spoke so respectfully ( no empathy for a family in an area with no network coverage, we agreed and paid what he asked for) to which my husband posted a review. ⚠️ HIS ALTER EGO WAS HURT, further character revealed ‼️ now he started calling to harass us( because of an honest review on his behaviour), exact words of Kartik “ TUMHE MAI ABHI 5 minute mai cottage se bhar Nikalwta hu, puri raat Thane mai katwaunga, abhi bhej rha hu ladkey, review post kia Madar*****” “kept calling, texting on whatsapp- no network area hence wifi was connected. Mind it we paid in full and was treated like TRASH! We could not enjoy post this and was ready to file a police complaint, but again he do not deserve our time and energy for the next day, barely slept in that zone. He do not own this property and was a dealer in the middle ( oak and Pine, sirgi, near pangoot- nanital). Property was okaish, with Hard mattress for an uncomfortable night We believe in compassion regardless of the other person character, but this to make people aware before dealing with them. All we hope for is them to learn a bit about hospitality before operating in a hospitality industry.

        True hospitality is giving the best of yourself to your guest and Kartik nail the pin with extreme harsh behaviour. Lost my business for future and bunch of referrals. Cheers! No hard feeling though. Just got the reflection of a character. Edit : calling out a guest pathetic speak so highly about yourself. If you read the review it has nothing to say about the pricing/services - it was purely about the interaction with Kartik. BTW the amount was paid in full as asked by him, realtime and we do not threaten about negative review (it is my right of express my views) that is purely to do with him being abusive

        Very unprofessional host. called him twice and he seemed to be very bothered by the enquiry. Started to talk impolitely and turned very rude. if we are paying whatever Is asked, he shouldn't be acting like he is doing charity for us.

        Staff is very rude. We called them a couple of times to ask the details but their behaviour is very disappointing to say the least. To top it off when we asked for the photos and videos of the property, the guy said that he doesn’t live.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
