Clean and spacious rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty and fresh. A little bit far to walk from main beach area with the children, however a short and cheap Auto ride. The staff arranged Scooters for us at a good rate which made our stay excellent. Would recommend to families due to the quiet location straight across from beach.

Absolute disaster of an experience! Never book this place, unless you will all sleep by 10.00 and is ok with unclean rooms with below par service. Me and my friends booked this place online for a get together during Onam. Nobody from their side ever previously mentioned that no music will be allowed after 10, as nobody would book this if they tell this prior. But what happened next was the owner came up to where we were all sitting and started talking very indecently to one of our friends, and we strongly think that he had been intoxicated too. Later on, some other dude also joined him. These 2 absolutely pathetic people started creating so much trouble claiming absolutely senseless arguments. These 2 started raising their voice and even started pulling at my hands. On top of this, the service was also very unsatisfactory; no drinking water, no soap, no clean towels, rooms all dusty, the fridge doesn't work and so on it goes. And the worst part is that the people here didn't have the basic decency to accept their mistake. The thing that would only surprise me is if they apologize for this, and what would most likely happen is they will post a reply here defending all these things they did. Please don't book this place, not worth paying anything honestly. Ruined Onam for us all.

Visited this place with Family . Very neat and tidy place. Staff was exceptionally helpful especially Arun who was of great help throughout our stay . We booked 5 rooms on 1st floor which had a common corridor which was nice for our family gathering . We had access to kitchenwhich was nice especially when kids are there . Reasonable rates for the rooms . Altogether we had a nice and pleasant stay .

Really depressed when we reached to hotel and they said rooms are booked. Later OYO support also talked with them and nothing positive comes up. We travelled 1800 kms and waiting to check-in for atleast 30 mins. Hotel owner support us to find other rooms But this experience should not be repeated for tourist. It's responsibility of both hotel owner and OYO to make the process smoother and enjoyable. I hope they will keep this in mind.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
