Nice place to stay with Family. Neatly maintained Pool. Food served is good. There are 1 good veg restaurant (Vrindhavan nearby) and there are many other non veg restaurant near 1km distance. Beach is just opposite so you can walk around anytime. Waves sounds are pretty good ones at night. If you want to relax with family, just go for it!!!!!

Wonderful experience. Room was spacious and clean. The pool was well- maintained and cleaned regularly. Morning breakfast was also good. Overall had a lovely time there 😊

I stayed here with my 2 kids as my husband went for an abroad trip a month ago. I’m a chartered accountant . Swimming pool was awesome. Old man was a manager who doesn’t have ears to hear our feedback. The breakfast they provided was idly and it was very sour. My kid didn’t eat. I asked boiled egg for my younger kid but the lady in the kitchen didn’t give even though it s said as complementary food. Except swimming pool other things aren’t worth for the money. Facilities says having TV but no channels were subscribed except few channels and a/c wasn’t working properly. I even complained to him but neither he rectified nor didn’t hear our problems. He says no other complained except you.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. Staff were very helpful and humble. Pool and garden are well maintained by Venu chetan😊. Also has a great view of the beach which is right across the resort.

A nice venue for a break from the daily routine. Sea facing private balconies adorning most of the rooms is sheer luxury. Rooms are good and clean. Food, especially Kerala style, was very tasty. They have restaurant exclusive for the guests and hence customisation was possible.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
