Good looking heritage property with not so comfortable rooms, no working Wi-Fi, even the intercom was dead when we stayed there. The lady sitting at reception doesn't know how to work in hospitality sector, sitting at reception with no smile and rude attitude . She looks like a new recruiter who doesn't know how to communicate with customers. Will not suggest this property to my friends or family

Stayed at this hotel for 1 day and it was pathetic.Way for this hotel is very steep so if anyone is going through their own car than it’s a challenge for them to park the Car.We only included breakfast in our package,all the food which was served in the breakfast was cold,no waiter bothered to ask if we need anything.No etiquettes from Hotel staff which includes receptionist,manager,kitchen staff.They all seem quite arrogant.The only plus point of this hotel is that it’s nearby Mall Road and Naina Jheel.I’ll not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is such an amazing heritage kinda property. Seems like we are in 70’s era. Beautiful view can see from this property right side forest and left side lake view. Food is also tasty. Anyone can happily without a 2nd thought can book this property. Just one thing its situated on an inclined way up on mountain so if you are not in mood to climb or not so good in driving then rethink else they also provide free taxi service from hotel to mall road. Trust me you would love to book this property. I wish to have such own property at hills.

Writing this review sitting on the lawns of this property, with 2 nights more to go! Was very apprehensive before check in, having read out some very disappointing reviews! Let me clarify right at the beginning: Seems, those negative reviews are over reactions! The property is old, and one has to be having a taste for such kind of property! The rooms are of decent size, decor is good,ambience pretty nice! The show stealer is the wonderful garden with the morning sun shining brilliantly over one’s head and the scenic Himalayas right in front of one! The food,negatively reviewed in many reviews,is very Indianised,hot and tasty! Service and staff attitude as again negatively commented,is just the opposite! Any demand by us was quickly complied with! The parking is ample and well managed! All equipments in the rooms,geyser,heater,lamps are in perfect working order! When demanded,even with a full hotel,a heater was changed immediately when asked for! Please judge on your own when and if you visit this property!

Beautiful view, amazing food and hospitality The 2 day wedding at fair Heavens was nothing less than perfect for us! The reviews we got from all our guests only made us feel lucky to have chosen this place! The food served was so good that we even asked for recipes after we left! The decor made the place look even more magical and I was amazed at how everything was managed to set up so smoothly before time.. Anyone who is looking out for a wedding on the hills and wants to have a magical view as the backdrop..this is your place!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
