        Was staying at hotel chhavi for nearly two months as a part of our company training program. The first thing you will notice is that the service detoriates from the day one until checkout, the longer you stay, the less likely you get the quality service. Food rates are costly as usual. Though they have good room service and house keeping staff, which can be rated 5 star, taste and quantity wise deserves a absolute zero rating. Though you get complimentary breakfast, taste and quality is horrible. Better to skip. Few rooms are very small, I somehow survived at room 521, which has bathroom without bolt, broken taps etc.., and you are paying for this, I did complain about the room condition, but the reception hardly reacted and did not bother to change rooms, although they the hotel has got two lifts, most of the times they keep one lift switched off, not sure why?? They do have laundry service, which can be rated at average.

        Room floor was not clean, bathroom floor was also dirty. Very slow wifi connection. Geyser was not working. Staff were ok. Location is good. Many restaurants near by. Room tariff was good. Good space if you prefer to walk after your finish meals

        Very Bad experience. In june-2023 i booked one hall for my son’s naming ceremony. And date was fixed for 24th august. On 19th august staffed called and told me that that date is booked for another person, and either i need to change my date or cancel the booking. I tried to talk to their manager, but they internally assigned someone and represented as a manager and talked to me. They didn’t allow me to talk to some superior. And No one was taking responsibility and asked me to cancel the booking. I had no option to and asked to return my booking amount. They returned the amount but after many followup. I have to check other venues at last moment and have to update to my all guests. What kind of professional behaviour is this? No one felt sorry and said any word except to cancel my booking. Please think before you book this hotel. It’s not easy to change the venue at last moment.

        My experience with Chavvi hotel is so bad.. I've booked one room on Re. 3K after speak with their customer executive Mr. Sachin and asked him to share UPI/Phone number to deposit the token money but this guys didn't share anything and when called him again to re-confirm the booking. They said now they don't have availability so I feel these guys doesn't have any words and don't stay on their words.

        The location is in good proximity to eateries, a hospital and offices. They have a kitchen, but no restaurant. Food is available through room service only. The quality of food can improve.
