Chinarwoods (Hill view room) 1. Excellent rooms very spacious for 4 in a room. 2. Neat and clean rooms. 3. Very courteous staff. 4. Food quality is very good. To be improved on 1. Room service is missing as property is new. 2. Breakfast menu needs a good spread only one option should not be provided. 3. Pool needs to be near the rooms. 4. TV does not have local cable network. Reat everything was very nice. Considering this property is not even a year old and still gearing up to provide the best experience to customers the above mentioned improvement point can be over looked. Over all a must visit place and I will surely visit again

I recently visited this property with my family and it was an above average stay in Chinar Woods, as it is surrounded by lush green trees far from Dapoli main city and beaches. This property is located in amidst jungle. Well, rooms are quiet spacious, good and clean. Food is also good and service provided by the staff is also good.But unfortunately we had to encounter lizards in bathroom and scorpions in room. I would suggest the resort manager to do pest control or check rooms before any guest enter into the rooms. We had to change the room in last moment due to heebie-jeebies.

Excellent location in between the hills and jungle, rooms are spacy and beautifully decorated with lovely pics of wild life clicked by the owner himself. Restaurant is around 500 meters from the reception desk, but they serve delicious😋 food and the service is also fast. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

I had an excellent time at Chinar Woods just 2 days back. The staff is very helpful and polite. Food was delicious and portion size was good too. The rooms are lovely and well maintained. I would love to visit this property again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
