The rooms at Chithara Comforts are extremely clean and beautiful. I really liked the service of the staff here too. The staff is polite, welcoming, warm and helpful. They helped us extend the check out time by a few hours without any hiccups. The food served at their restaurant is also very tasty and fresh. I would love to come back here for sure. Great value for money!

My family and I had a pleasant and comfortable stay in this lovely hotel. The staff were very polite, courteous and professional. The restaurant food was also delicious. If you prefer a modern hotel with a comfortable stay avoiding the busy traffic noise, then look no further choose your rooms in this hotel. 😀

Excellent Accommodation, very spacious rooms with centralized AC, very good room service , courteous staff, hassle free accommodation, awesome food with great quality. Very nice ambience at restaurant too, superb service. Highly recommended for a very comfortable stay close to Udipi bus stand. Famous Udipi Krishna temple is nearby and at walkable distance. We as a family and friends stayed for 2 nights in 6 rooms, no complaints. For any further info, happy to add upon request. Happy stay overall.

Overall, a great stay and great service offered by Chithara staff. Highly impressed with the lady at reception who kept me updated on my request for early check in and supported my request despite of having high occupancy. Location wise greatly placed and well maintained hotel. Liked the overall hospitality.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
