Booked this without a thought solely based on their brand name and regretted it. The only thing we liked was the property and the rooms itself apart from their show. The service was poor. We felt unwelcome as it seemed like no one cared right from not being served a welcome drink (unlike other guests) to getting zero information about our stay. Most of the staff wasn't professional, polite or prompt in their responses. The intercom in our room kept ringing for no reason and nothing was done about it inspite of informing the team multiple teams. The food was good, but the mats on the dining table were really unclean. All in all, we liked the property, but considering all other aspects, wouldn't recommend this for a pleasant stay.

Very out of the town. Location is isolated, on Barmer Road. Rooms are good well equipped and spacious. But the mattresses on the bed are old and too soft. We were lucky we didn't get a backache. Hygiene in the restaurant needs improvement, as we found some spoons not washed properly. Food taste is OK, the kitchen has limited menu items. AC in the lobby is not there. The AC in the dining room does not cool. Its bad for this kind of hotel.

Very old property. Cleanliness to improve a lot. Dining table mats are never washed even after bringing to their notice. Lobby men’s toilet has foul odor wash basin never cleaned . The people are good . I will recommend to look for alternatives.

Rooms are decent for the price. But the food is abysmal. Their breakfast options had uncooked paratha, stale idlis and expired dahi. When the juice got finished they didn't even refill for the others. Chokhi dhani doesn't have a single Rajasthani cuisine like dal baati, gatte ki sabzi. They just serve food any below average hotel will serve anywhere in India. For the price and star rating of this hotel, food is so pathetic that if I had the option i would give a score of -1 out of 5

I had an amazing stay at chokhi Dhani. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The amenities were top-notch and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
