A very nice budget stay in ECR. They have a unique concept going throughout the apart hotel. Each of the rooms are named after famous South Indian actors. Rooms are very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. We stayed there to attend a friend's wedding, right opposite in Green Meadows, hence it was very convenient. The manager at the front desk was very helpful, and made sure to clean the rooms everyday. We were there for about three days. Would definitely recommend this place for a unique stay, that too so close to the beach!

The suite room is average for the price. Basic amenities provided. Wifi was not working and water supply was not available all the time. Staff are not service oriented and no one welcomes you with a pleasant smile. Not recommended for a family stay. Location is near to the seashore.

Very bad service, room filled with cockroaches, no hangers, telephone doesn’t work, no hot water and completely no water sometimes, lift smells horrible, staff not responding properly. Would never vist the place or recommend anyone to stay here.

It's good for bachelors and family. We booked a room for 4. We were in Room # 123. The bathroom had a bath tub and it was spacious but we didn't use it as it wasn't that clean. The AC outlet of this room and adjacent room were let out in the bathroom and they were keep dripping making the potty and the floor always wet. Also, the tank was empty in the night and they had to turn on the motor. Car parking is available for 3 to 4 cars. Room service was good. Tea was amazing. Breakfast was also amazing. Idly, Dosa, Pongal and Medhu Vada.

Decent hotel with surprisingly good food. Staff is very helpful. We stayed for 4 days and mostly ordered room service. They can do a better job of cleaning the rooms.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
