Past 25 years we used to stay in this hotel. Food is cooked with fresh vegetables & meat. Very convenient for catching metro.

Citi international is a very nice and friendly hotel. Me and my family have been booking this hotel for over 20 years. I came Oct 2nd 2022 and the hotel is well maintained. They try to keep up with the Delhi dust. The tried to keep the rooms and general area as clean as possible. The room is is average. It's not an expensive hotel compared to others in the area. I would recommend this hotel to others. Try to book in advance to get the best option.

The room was clean and the washroom was sanitised before we checked in. Room service was also good and all the employees are very respectful. Most importantly the bedsheets and pillow covers were so neat and clean. I stayed there with my father for 4 days.The food service there was no doubt very good.

This is one of the worst hotel I ever stayed. i.Behaviour of the reception desk is too poor, in addition etiquette is also not known to them . ii.Evening snacks was asked on 17:00hrs but not delivered even after several communication and 19:45 hrs came to know that cook is not available. iii.Rice quality is as same as rode side low cost thali. iv.size of chiken piece is too small. v. Hot water not available at the second half . I was there in hotel for two days (4th and 5th feb 23).

Quality was more than my expectation. Location was good, room was perfectly designed and well equipped. Although buffet breakfast menu was limited, still one can manage.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
