The property is well maintained and clean. Rooms are extremely spacious and beautiful. The staff is very polite and cooperative. Location of the hotel is near the market its too good. The food was sumptuous with a lot of variety to choose from. breakfast had a variety of options . Overall an great experience. Will visit again

Superb resort at an excellent location very near to market. Although no views of hills or valley but resort is huge and excellently maintained with good views and amenities. The staff is courteous and manager Azad was extremely efficient and polite taking care of all the issues. A very option to stay in Mahabaleshwar if u want to stay near market.

Food quality has been worst and absolutely tasteless. Service is not upto the mark and the only reason for staying here would be its proximity from main market. Location and property is very good however a lot of improvement is needed in food quality hygiene and overall service proficiency.

We had recently visited on our wedding anniversary which clashed with the dates during Diwali. We had already done the booking 3 months prior, but at the time of check the hotel mgmt said that due to the festival season there is only 1 room left which we had to take, we were not provided any options to see the rooms.. Next morning during the buffet breakfast there were very limited seating arrangements, we were told to sit in an open area in the garden due to non availability of tables.. we had paid 10k for 1 night and resided there for 3 nights but the services provided were not up to the mark.. The food quality was good and the hotel was within walking distance to the main market.

Good clean property, walkable to the market. Has a heritage look and is surrounded by greenery. Staff is nice. Senior citizen or those with disabilities should call before arriving and ask for ground floor rooms as they got one wing in a 3 floor building with no elevator.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
