We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Citrus Hotel, Lonavala and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff's warm welcome and genuine friendliness immediately set the tone for our stay. Special thanks to entire restaurant staff & Mr. Gaurav Mahadik who had assisted us throughout our stay. The 3 premier rooms that we had booked for our family exceeded our expectations in terms of space and comfort. All rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The dining options offered a variety of choices suitable for both adults and kids, and the quality of the food was consistently excellent. The hotel's strategic location made it convenient for family outings to nearby attractions, and the concierge provided valuable recommendations for family-friendly activities in the area. Overall, it was a very positive experience at Citrus. We highly recommend it for families seeking a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warmth.

Totally waste of money!!! Untrained staff with full of bad attitude. We waited for almost 40 minutes to get our car parked. Even after we asking the security guard and called the reception too. But they are busy in blame game. Food is very mediocre and the chicken was stale. They have published and promised 24 hours room service but in reality it’s available till 10.30pm only. We visited 3 years before with good experience but nowadays it’s totally waste of money and worst service.

Have visited this Hotel to attend Family Frds wedding and must say it was good. Food quality, ambient and location was good and quite. Best part its near to Lonavala Railway Station. So no extra cost / efforts to reach destination

We had a very bad experience staying here We visited to celebrate our engagement anniversary. The staff especially the receptionist Archana had no manners to talk. The check-in check out process is pathetic. They delay while doing check in but for check they keep on harassing you from early morning itself. They don't stand by their words. Frequent power cut. Room service is also horrible no one turned to collect the used plates of dinner even after reminding. Would say if you want to enjoy your stay n vaccination pls don't select this as ur option. The only good part was the security guy who had much more decency than the other staff.

Citrus was a good hotel and hospitality qas good only issue we faced was they could not provide buffet dinner as they promised . Might be due to less number of guests even though we were 9 members including kids ..we could see only two other family only

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
