Stayed here for 3 weeks. Owner is very accommodating and the staff is very friendly. The prices are very reasonable for the amenities provided. Met some amazing people during the stay. Best part of the stay is it's location. Around 100 mts from the beach and plenty of food joins, grocery store and market nearby. Wifi is good enough for wfh. Hammocks and the library are a bonus!

Location is like 100 mtrs from the beach but you don't have a view of the beach from this place. The host of Airbnb is good but at times its crowded with young chaps who drink and play music at night till sunrise... This may affect ur stay. Amenities are enough to spend a night.

Hey, A very beautiful beach Hut.Very Clean and Very good hut..very friendly staff...and a warm Host. But a few things to note...Huts get really warm during the day so you might miss you AC. Its not exactly on the beach but 50 mtr away .

We stayed four night here, at the end of their first season. The place is clean, near the beach and the main road so you have everything nearby. The cabins are new, basic and good value for money. The staff is very helpfull and friendly.

Great place to stay, less than 2 minutes from the beach. Huts are minimal but do the job, wifi signal was good. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Did have to pay in cash and very few atms nearby so keep that in mind.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
