I booked online two rooms there for my Family after checking the all amenities in pictures. But when I reached in hotel Washrooms are very small and no glass partitions. No bath tub in washrooms. After bathing, water collects on the bathroom floor and then to clean it, room service has to be called which takes an hour to arrive after follow-ups call. We used one room washroom for 5 hours. Which was very disappointing. It was like 3 star hotel. I included the breakfast with room. Very limited items. No live kitchen.Overall it’s a 3 star hotel not 5 star. Not worthy. Total waste of money.

My stay at Clarion Hotel Bella Casa was truly exceptional! The hotel's elegant and modern decor immediately caught my attention. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, providing excellent service with a friendly and welcoming attitude. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. The hotel's central location made it convenient for me to explore the city. I can't wait to return to Clarion Hotel Bella Casa on my next trip!

Based on the brand we booked it in Jaipur but it was disappointing. There was loud music playing till midnight with no resolution even after complaining to the staff. The breakfast was cold and service pathetic. Will never book it and that too for such a high price. They should ideally compensate for everything but feedback does not matter to them.

My family and I stayed at this establishment for 3 nights in December 2023. Both the check in and check out process was painful to say the least. The reception staff are very unattentive. This is very disappointing especially in the hospitality industry. Service at the restaurants were also very poor. Breakfast was mediocre. The hotel is very noisy at nights. Perhaps they should consider soundproofing their entertainment rooms? On my last night, I had to call in at 1.30am to complain that the noise is preventing me from sleeping. The decor in the rooms are lacking. Bathroom fitting needs upgrading. The bedding is not of hotel standard and quality. The hotel is old, but has potential if properly renovated. I definitely will not recommend this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
