        Not a great experience for the price . There are few good things about this hotel is their morning breakfast which is good. Location : Prime city centre location. View: Rooms have good views They charge a premium price but the room doesn’t have hair dryer, iron where these days it can be found in middle range properties. Bathroom needs renovation. Staffs here they don’t value any courtesy as you can see from other similar star rated hotels in chennai.

        A nice hotel in good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Let down by just a couple of things. The food at the buffet was nice but not very warm and the AC in the rooms were freezing and couldn’t be controlled, so we had to turn it off.

        Bathroom is completely non-functional. Health fasce did not work. Bathroom water does not get drained. If you take bath the water will remain till the house keeping comes and pushes water. AC is very cold and no control. Horrible experience.

        Extraordinary services during floods in Chennai. The hotel staff took all efforts for the guests, even offered free food to many guests. The online services were affected, hotel allowed guests to check out asking them to pay later. In general, large rooms, good service, very good location. Good restaurants nearby. This is my preferred hotel to stay in Chennai.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
