        Very unprofessional and nothing like a 4 star hotel. Rooms were cold and they had no measures to heat it up. AC WAS NOT WORKING, Never gave us heater when asked. They had only 3 heaters what about other rooms Never gave extra mattress when they said they will send it in the room. My lo was sleeping on a cold.mattress with 5 to 6 deg on the floor.

        It was an extremely poor experience to be in such highly rated hotel where its own staff were in awe situation about the hotel condition. Below were the main issues 1. Very high price which was way too high for poor services 2. No wifi at the time of stay and staff had no clue about timeline of service 3. AC not working with room control and had to be requested from desk and maintained temperature was in staff's hands 4. Instructed us to ask for hot water 20min prior use 5. Cockroaches in rooms 6. Insufficient toiletries 7. Dirty and stained washrooms 8. Atmosphere too negative 9. No vibrancy in atmosphere and location too isolated not to have good outlets in vicinity And many more.......

        Had the most horrible experience with in room dining and when I gave my feedback to the FnB manager Mahesh, he started misbehaving with me. Has to be a very shallow man screaming and shouting on a pregnant lady. Don’t recommend this property to anyone.

        We were there for a wedding. I don't know if it was hotel or the event management guys but we got a room alloted hours later. The service was good and staff was courteous though the hotel was understaffed and management needs to work on this. Not sure why it's a 4 star though. The food was okayish. Buffet didn't have good options.

        I recently stayed at this hotel in Jaipur and it was honestly the worst hotel experience of my life. The hotel was located near a theater and the movie show sound was so loud that it felt like it was killing me. I couldn't sleep at all because of the loud noise and the DJ playing music until midnight. It was a nightmare and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of consideration for their guests' peace and quiet was extremely disappointing. My stay was ruined by the constant noise and I couldn't wait to leave. It was a terrible experience and I would advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere for a peaceful and restful stay.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
