        While the hotel had a certain charm, it is somewhat dated. The overall experience was pleasant, but there’s room for improvement in terms of bathroom cleanliness. Mold was observed in the vents, and the toilet bowl could use a more thorough cleaning.

        Very dirty rooms. Flush was not working. We called reception for a complaint, they said call house keeping. The housekeeping person informed the maintenance team. Is this the customer's responsibility. Towels were smelling very bad. Bathroom door locks were not working, I needed to hold the door while sitting inside. TV was not working. On asking staff they responded that they needed to recharge. Bathroom slippers were not available. Western toilet was very dirty and had red - yellow spots over it. Rooms were very unhygienic and in poor condition. The staff is very arrogant. There was no hot water, the room was a bit smelly, no Bathroom mats, hand towel, not enough towels, service was a bit poor, I needed to look into food and Hygiene. Overall experience was pathetic and below the expectation based on what the website said.

        It has the slowest service ever and the staff is so arrogant and usually they don't pick up calls and the snacks provided by them are all overpriced when the location of the hotel is right in the city. If you are traveling by a traveller bus with all your luggage on top the route recommended by the maps won't work as the underpass in the route doesn't allow passage of vehicle above 8 feet so you have to detour for about 1-2km and then you will find a way to reach the hotel which also gets complicated as the maps won't show the route

        Hotel staff was non cooperative specially the person at reception know to be Manger and looted for a small chocolate stain which was idelally removed and this stain didnt damaged there property . They had not written in any of hotel rules on such things. Room had taps had issues as it didnt had hot water facilities in cold weather as temperature 6-7 degrees. Overall it was a bad experience for the visit .

        Front area of Hotel looks amazing but the moment you enter in rooms it was (pathetic).Sorry for the language but with children it was hard to manage without hot water , Room was bit smelly, no Bathroom mats , hand towel , not enough towels , service was bit poor , Need to look into food and Hygiene.Overall experience was below expectation based on what website said . Employees are very cooperative and management needs to provide resources.
