Went to a wedding at the poolside. Parking is always difficult. Valet parking was organized. Went through the lobby. Clean and congested due to arrival of a bus load of guests Only a single lift goes down So wait long. Food was served comfortably. Space limited because seating was mostly on one side. Garlic free food option was there only after request Not handicap friendly Ramp not easy to locate

It's was very best property as my dad is going to this hotel as it's very old and Maintain property wash rooms our so lavish you will enjoy the experience of washroom as well. And food and chef is so tasty

The negative reviews left by others are quite honest ones. All 5/5 reviews without comments are fake and only to keep their ratings inflated, which otherwise would hardly be 2/5. Personally, I would rate the zero, please read on. In addition to those id point out they have poor air conditioning or they just keep the central AC units off. During my stay of 3 days I complained several times about the AC being ineffective only to be attended with false promises. They basically can't give you a comfortable sleeping environment. Avoid this hotel if you really wish to be having comfortable stay. Customer service is next to zero.

This does not feel like a 5-star hotel. The room we were given on arrival hadn't been cleaned and we had to contact staff multiple times until resolved.. Room itself seemed old-fashioned and very basic. Disappointing choice of food on breakfast as well so overall I wouldn't recommend, you can definitely find better places to stay for the price

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
