Room was good but bathroom sewage was terrible. Bathroom was getting flooded with stranded water. I could have taken picture of that, but it won't look good. Buffet breakfast tasted good. It didn't have lots of varieties, but enough for a breakfast. Staffs were quick. Reception is good. May need a little more effort to make it excellent.

The rooms and washrooms are clean and tidy. Mattresses are awesome. Beds are a bit swingy. You won't know an earthquake struck if you get used to the swinging :p Breakfast was good. Had decent amount of variety. The hotel is just on the main road. Good place to stay if one's looking for an affordable accommodation near GK/panchsheel enclave/hauz khas

Spent a week here during December. Unlike the four other hotels I stayed in, here there was always hot water. The beds were comfortable, and the windows blocked the sounds from outside. The staff were accomodating, and the service was great. Would recommend, and stay here again.

A decent place if you want to just have a cheap but classy place to stay in Delhi. There are no frills and there are no buffet except breakfast and so be prepared to order and wait for the arrival to arrive. The quantity being large b sure that you have a partner to share the food. The staff is quite ok for the price you shell out. And yes, The Metro station is located right nearby and it is a huge plus in Delhi.

A good value for money hotel with all the basic amenities and facilities. Location of the hotel is close to Kailash Colony metro station and on the main road. The hotel offers nice and clean rooms, bottle of water, parking facility , 24 hours reception, 24 hours security, 24 hours housekeeping, a coffee shop for dining and breakfast and room service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
