        Rooms are big but simple. Washrooms are clean and simple. Don't expect a 5 star ambience. Large lawns where you can play cricket, volleyball or badminton.. only improvement required is veg food. It's not the best you'll taste

        We stayed for 2 nights on 7 and 8 Oct. Our experience was not a happy one because: - on both nights, large groups of travellers had organised night parties , playing loud music late into the night, unmindful of other residents in the hotel. The hotel manager did nothing to stop the racket. - the rooms were wanting in several basic things - in two of the three rooms that we booked, the shower was not working/ there was no water, the hangars in the cupboard were broken, the TV was not working properly - the approach road to the hotel is terrible- in fact there is no road but a mud track! The only good thing was the food quality and the politeness of the staff, but this does not compensate for an overall poor experience.

        The towels were dirty, the shower was not working, the service was late and the food was also below average. The highly irresponsible staff gives your lost items to anyone. I expected alot from Clarks but it was not upto my expectations. The lawn and swimming pool area was nice but the rooms were average.

        Neat and clean rooms with open lawns and good food makes this hotel a good place to stay. A little off-roading just before the hotel main gate makes it more exciting. Suggestion is to take google maps location from hotel that would be really helpful to reach hotel.

        We checked In at morning 5am and atill they gave ua the room, We stayed for one night and we had a great experience, room was good, location was excellent with swimming pool and huge ground to play all games, and food and service was excellent, they do have play room for TT and carrom board.. we surely visit again .
