Excellent hotel and staff. Stayed here for a night before onwards trip to destination. Had booked it thinking to spend a night and not expecting much, just needed a property closer to airport after an evening flight. But was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and housekeeping of the overall hotel and the room. Room was very clean and neatly decorated, provided with very good amenities including hair dryer and all essentials - truly value for money at this price. Breakfast was very good, food quality was excellent, staff was courteous and welcoming everywhere, from security to housekeeping to front desk to restaurant, all nice.

We checked in for a few hours en route to the airport. Early check-in at 5.30 a.m. was seamless. The property is well-maintained, and the rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast spread was good and the staff was courteous. Did not use the WiFi or TV. Proximity to the airport is a big big plus. Overall, a very pleasant stay and experience. (Our request for an additional person for an extra cost was not allowed. They insisted on taking a separate room and hence one of us had to find a cheaper alternative in the early morning somewhere else. We wondered if that was a revenue loss for the hotel as we stayed there only for 4 hours and an additional person for an additional cost would have been good for them).

Excellent location..Next to the toll gate from Blr airport . 15 to 20 mins from T2 Bengaluru airport.. We stayed one night in deluxe suite and it was very clean with all amenities required. Restaurant is available and food was good. I chose Click Hotel because we had to check in early morning. Thanks to duty manager and front desk team for arranging a car for drop at airport. We had 6 big luggage and thanks to security staff who helped in doing the heavy lifting for us.. Will definitely visit for our next travel..recommend to anyone travelling from nearby cities to come early and stay in hotel and travel to airport... It avoids traffic and tension during travel.

Neat & tidy. Service is prompt. Above everything, staff is very friendly and helpful. Ms.Pooja at the Reception Desk was very helpful, especially in completion of check out formalities quickly so as to reach Airport well in time.

+ The room and washroom were clean. + Taps and showers were nicely maintained. + Wifi was decent. - TV had no active subscription and had no functionality to connect to wifi. + It has nice dining space. + Breakfast was decent with lots of options to choose from. - The person at the reception lost the key card. - Had to make reception calls to connect to Wifi

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
