        The rooms were decent but the service is really bad. They overcharge for products that have an MRP. They charge you Rs. 38 for a water bottle on which the MRP is stated to be Rs. 20. Which is not allowed by law. The game room is in complete shambles. They also charge Rs. 500 for half an hour to play pool but the carpet on the pool table is burnt and cannot be played upon. The waiters are rude and keep trying to overcharge you. Overall a horrible experience

        We were there in end of July 2023. Some of the rooms were good, big and spacious, but some of them were too small and cramped. After spending day in the better room, something went wrong with the inverter of that room and we were asked to shift to another room which was very small and cramped. The cleanliness was good. The restaurant serves superb sizzlers. The location is ok. It is very far from lonavala town, so if you don't have your own vehicle, it would be difficult to commute. The property itself is pretty nice.

        Roads approaching the resort is a mess. No signboards to indicate the location of the resort. Restaurant offers buffet or alacarte on their whims and fancies. Very bad pathways inside the resort. Altogether not friendly for seniors. No buggies for moving about. Bathroom very dimly lit and moisture everywhere. The intercom not working because of moisture.

        We took our office team for the overnight stay and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The staffs were always motivated to help everyone of us. The food was excellent, the chef ensured that our needs were met. The hotel ambience was lovely & very serene. DJ was awesome.. We look forward to coming back. Feel very revitalized after spa treatments. Special thanks to Mr Yashwant, Mr Rabindra, Mr Manoj, Mr Nursing and Mr Sahil.

        I stayed here for two nights, did not really have good experience. The roads inside the resort are in very bad. I reached at late hours and had informed in advance about odd time arrival. But no arrangement were made. I had to wait nearly 20 min for the guard to open the gate. To trace the receptionist was another hurdle. Poor roads added to the woes. Just outside the resort one has good roads, but the moment you enter you are welcomed by terrible roads. Next day was hoping there would be some relaxed day, but not so. The resort was occupied by another large group from a marathon promotion event. They had captured the entire resort for videography and were not allowing other people to access any of the areas. Wherever we tried to go to enjoy the view, the videographers would shoo us away. The resort people should have identified specific locations for shooting. Our group had booked a conference room, that had an attached restroom. Here again the marathon people were walking in all the time disturbing us to use the restrooms. Food is good. Probably the only saving grace for this resort. But very poor with timings. The breakfast timings mentioned in room cards is 8 AM, but restaurant mentions it as 830 AM. But even then the buffet would not be ready. Throughout my stay the wifi facility was down. With poor cellphone network, it was not very amicable situation. We stayed in the hilltop rooms. The intercom was not working, despite complaining it was not fixed. So for any assistance, I had no choice but to walk all the way to reception. I had deposited the keys at reception asking them to clean the room, but that was not done. Overall not a worth place for the price you pay.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
