Mixed Experience with Great Views I recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view, offering a scenic panorama. However, there were notable drawbacks. The rooms were disappointingly small, limiting comfort during the stay. The AC was not working properly, the washroom was unclean, and the room overall was not properly cleaned. Additionally the location is approximately 16km from Mahabaleshwar & the roads leading to the accommodation were in poor condition, making the journey challenging.

Visited in June'23. Rooms are in very bad shape, seems not even cleaned after checked out by previous guest. Toilet was in bad shape. However location is really good with valley view and back water view. If they maintain cleanliness property is good for stay.

Fantastic Location, Amazing view, Great food, Top notch hospitality. We were a team of 70 and we never had a dull moment.The Owner, Managers, Staff all were very kind and generous in all possible ways. Haven't experienced such moments in recent memory, TBH. Most of us have already made plans to come back to Cloud Mist with our Families now. Thank you Prasshanth & Team.

I am just able to give it 5 start because the place is definitely situated at a very beautiful location and has amazing views. It’s disheartening to see that the resort does not justify the worth of the place. It definitely needs to better the rooms as they are very basic for the price they take. The rooms are below OYO standards. Next comes the breakfast and food. If you have opted for a inclusive breakfast they will serve the most basic stuff. The paid food is better clearly shows that the management is only opting to make more money. I found out there are better Airbnbs and resorts that share the same view around and worth the money. So please skip this one if you want to experience a pleasant stay.

Hotel location is one of the best location. We can see mountain from balcony. Food was also good. Room was not cleaned and non maintenance. Bad small from bad and shaal. Room also very bad furniture.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
