Amazing resort. Loved this place. Clean and spacious rooms. Very hygienic. Food is spectacular and the taste and quality is amazing. The options in food are not so vast and the menu is not so different each day as compared to their other top notch resorts. They have many activities for kids and families. They have a good pool which is well maintained. This is one of the best resort of club Mahindra. I would recommend this place to everyone who want to spend a quality time with their families.

Unfortunately, my recent stay at Club Mahindra Cherai Beach was far from the relaxing getaway I expected. I'm writing this review to highlight the key areas where the resort fell short: Food Service: Restaurant neglect: Despite the beautiful setting, the restaurant service was abysmal. Attendants were often inattentive, taking a long time to acknowledge and fulfill requests. Unacceptably slow service: Meals took an excruciatingly long time to arrive, even for simple orders. This significantly impacted the dining experience. Food quality concerns: The quality of the food was inconsistent, with some dishes being bland and others unappetizing. Pool Issues: Chemical imbalance: The pool had a strong chemical odor and caused skin irritation when used for extended periods. This rendered it unusable for many guests, myself included. Room Cleaning: Untimely cleaning: Housekeeping arrived for room cleaning very late on most days, disrupting my schedule and hindering relaxation. Communication Lapses: Lack of information: There was a lack of clear communication regarding resort facilities, activities, and schedules. We often had to seek out information ourselves. Unresponsive staff: When raising concerns about these issues with staff, their responses were vague and lacked any sense of urgency or resolution. Overall, my experience at Club Mahindra Cherai Beach was a major disappointment. The combination of poor food service, an unusable pool, delayed cleaning, and inadequate communication significantly detracted from the quality of my stay. I hope the resort takes these issues seriously and implements measures to improve guest experience in the future. Also there is nothing exciting cafés nor any site seeing to do. This place enough for staying only for two nights

Best place to relax and enjoy , good for families. One side of the backwaters and another side of the beach truly can enjoy both. Food is expensive, but it's especially good for breakfast. If you come during Christmas and New year time there will be dj and functions in the beach, one can enjoy that also

Our one-night stay at Club Mahindra Cherai Resort was far from the rejuvenating staycation we anticipated. We were assigned a cottage with a rat-infested attic and cockroaches freely roaming in the room, compromising our comfort and peace of mind. To make matters worse, both the bathrooms were not working, the waste was coming up everytime we flushed, we were unable to use it and our primary need went unmet. When we brought these issues to the reception, the staff member displayed a shocking lack of empathy and professionalism. Instead of addressing our concerns, he responded rudely with a dismissive "yeah then go put a review" when we were seeking resolution. It was disheartening to encounter such a nonchalant attitude, especially when we were prompted to share our feedback. Our stay at Club Mahindra Cherai Resort was disappointing. As a long-time member of Club Mahindra, I am frequently encouraged to bring guests to share in the experience. Unfortunately, during this stay, I brought three of my friends, and it was rather embarrassing not to provide them with the expected level of a good staycation. The unapologetic attitude of the reception staff was disheartening to witness, especially as a loyal member who values the Club Mahindra experience. We strongly advise reconsidering a stay at this resort until these issues are addressed for a more pleasant guest experience.

I went as a club Mahindra member. The rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Hospitable and great staffs. It is right in front of the beach, so accessing the beach is easy, but I lost track of time spending time in the resort with my family. I loved my time there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
