Clean rooms, good room service. Very polite staffs. Has amazing views from the lawn. There are adventure games and other activities at the holiday centre to keep us entertained. There’s also bonfire in the evening with live music, games, dance and fun. Buffet could be better. Not great taste wise nor many food options. Opt for outside restaurants since there are plenty of good places with different cuisines.

I stayed in Club Mahindra Ooty, it was fantastic experience... The best part is the Ascot restaurant. The food is amazing and Chef Mr. Natarajan cooking is awesome and great choices everyday. Also special appreciation to restaurant staff Mr. Rajan, his service is excellent. Overall pleasant experience. I didn't have time to try the activities they offer. Will do next time..

Afternoon check-in at 2 p.m. for our hotel room type (H). We arrived at the club at 3.20 pm and had our room by 4.45 pm, which is a pretty long wait. After that, the room arrangement was not done properly, so we called them over the intercom two or three times finally we received our bathroom kit and towels the next morning. Regarding food, we received a three-meal package, the dinner which we got few items and medium-level tasty food but breakfast is not bad food and next day we got a junior suite room that was very nice But as usual, they didn't keep a bathroom kit and towel in the room.

I had an exceptionally disappointing & One of the worst ever experience here from Club Mahindra staffs. We waited for four hours to get our room allocated, finally receiving it after 4:30 PM. Particularly noteworthy is the behavior of the receptionist, Kishore, who allowed personal issues to impact customer service. Their handling of personal problems reflected in the delay of room allocation, and some staff members behaved rudely towards customers. I trust that Club Mahindra will address and take appropriate action regarding this issue.

Food and service in the restaurant are excellent. Can definitely improve when it comes to overall housekeeping. They are very very slow sometimes to respond. Front desk doesn't revert sometimes. Have to call multiple times

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
