        The Resort is bit away from the main bus stand and in a remote location. You would not find anything around. The property is small and poorly maintained. It gives negetive vibes the moment you enter. Lack of proper sunlight makes it even more dull. regarding food this resort is pathetic. They have buffets but that is not arranged, - preventive measures towards food wastage it seems. Anything & everything you want to have, need to be requested and then it will be prepared. The preparation process is too long. even tea takes 25 mins.... The food in room service is very costly and pathetic in quality & hygiene. We met the chef, he knows everything but cooking. We had gone there for a week's stay but came out of the resort on the 2nd day itself. If you dont want to ruin your holidays please avoid this place.

        Smallest property of club Mahindra. Nothing great about property. Staff is polite and helpful. They arranged a better room with good view on our request. Also chef made a small cake for my birthday. All in all a good experience because of the staff.

        Nowhere near club Mahindra standard. Rooms need a major make over. Buffet service was next to hopeless as the breakfast buffet wasn't in place till 08:45 !! Location is good & property can certainly be upgraded from shabby to Luxury category !! After being to quite a few Club Mahindra properties,this was certainly the most poor built property.

        For club Mahindra members better utilize your holiday at some other location and if at all coming to Dharamshala then book some where else ... it's More of 2/3 star hotel property than a resort .. Pros. 1. Five star for staff behaviour and co operation be it reception or kitchen .. 2. cleanliness every where .. be it room, lobby or any other corner Cons. 1. Room are poorly lit 2. Very small property in comparison to other resorts of club 3. There are other good resorts around which are better placed in terms or location and mountain view 4. Didn't even provide microwave and utensils in kitchen .. though they have fairly big kitchen in the apartment we had but surprisingly nothing was provided except tea kettle
