Club Mahindra Resort in Kanatal, Uttrakhand is a four-star hotel with a spa, room service, and wheelchair accessibility. Some say the resort is good for kids and has lots of indoor and outdoor activities for children. Peace, tranquility nestled in the mountains. An amazing place for a get away. Polite and experinced staff, but the food here is even more delicious. Great spreads, local cuisines included. The team also guides and arranges trips to Tehri Dam and the local village. Great Spa to destress. Overall a great place to - Pause, relax, refresh and recharge.

This property of club Mahindra is just to experience snowfall, if you want to experience good service and fun activities I suggest go for different club Mahindra properties. I have been a regular visitor of club Mahindra properties in multiple locations.As of my experience I have found this should be the least preferred from them.

We visited Kanatal in the 2nd week of DEC expecting a light snow fall, however, it is little early. Club Mahindra is the best place to stay here in Kanatal with its beautifully done resort, a restaurant with piping hot, scumptious food & its clean facilities! You are pleasantly surprised by a very warm & well mannered local staff who are very prompt in their service! The club entrance is bang opposite to the Kaudia forest trail making it a hotspot for those who love walking. You are mesmerised by the 180 degrees peaks view just a 2min walk inside this trail.There are jeeps parked outside the Club for safaries inside thie forest reserve. The cafes around are also awesome to explore any local food or maggie n hot chocolate

Very poor service and management. Receptionist Soniya could be the worst person to attend the customers. They are very defensive about their ill treatment towards their own customers and very unprofessional tbh. No response to any of the problem we faced. Washroom smells so bad. Wont recommend, there are plenty of other good properties in Kanatal. Just don’t visit this Club Mahindra!! And never order food from here. Roadside pizzas are much better then their chef’s! 😂 One word- WORST Hospitality, WORST Hotel 0/5

We stayed in this property in Jun 2023 vide booking number 6971036. The stay was good, but rating this property the least possible due to integrity issue. We booked 1 Bed Room accommodation as we wanted bigger room. On our second day, while we were away to Tehri we received call from resort requesting us to move from 1 BR to Studio (smaller) accommodation as probably system booked same room for other guests coming with 4 members (we were only 2+1). We said that we can change room after coming back in the evening but they insisted that they will transfer our luggage (which was scattered around) and in bargain they will make our entire trip complementary & no nights would be deducted for our stay. After 6 months of follow-up with Club Mahindra, a response is given on mail that nights cannot be reversed. I don't care about night reversal (my 5.6 nights got lapsed last year), but never expected Club Mahindra to go back from their words - trust is broken. Lesson learnt is that nobody can be trusted even in group of repute like Club Mahindra, in fact now plan to have my own lock in the room as anything can happen (though will have to figure out a way to put up my personal lock)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
