Indeed a beautiful resort, with amazing food , really vast menu and incredible taste, service and staff was excellent in all departments BUT our room was not up to the mark. Balcony Doors were dusty, curtains were old and hooks were broken, wooden drawers were dusty and had lill algae inside. But again on complaining, everything was taken care of. So in a nutshell, they shall make sure that rooms are up to the mark before guests arrive. We visit to relax not to get things done. Otherwise it was a great experience

* The location was great and had multiple in-house activities. * Two days were not enough to cover everything in the resort. * The staff were really welcoming and supportive. * Food also had a diverse spread covering multiple cuisines including the local delicacies. * We had ordered dal khichdi and milk for the baby. And they didn't charge stating that they don't charge for baby foods. Kind gesture.

Beautiful resort nestled in the midst of a forest. You're in calm. The greenery just fills your heart with joy. Food is as usual amazing with lots of options in the buffet. The staff are very kind and courteous. Special mention of the uncle playing the violin, very melodious music. Will definitely come back to the resort again.

Suggestions for Enhancements at Club Mahindra Dear Club Mahindra Team, I would like to provide some suggestions for improvement based on my recent experience: 1. Timely delivery of food is crucial, especially for families with young children and infants who may get hungry. I suggest prioritizing quick food delivery to address this concern. 2. Ensure that all TV channels, particularly in the kids' rooms, are subscribed to, including popular cartoon channels, to enhance the entertainment experience for our little ones. 3. It would be greatly appreciated if special occasions such as marriage anniversaries or birthdays are acknowledged and celebrated without oversight. 4. Maintain a high standard of service, including prompt room cleaning, to enhance the overall guest experience. 5. While I appreciate the service provided, I believe there is room for improvement to make it more satisfactory. Your attention to these suggestions would be valued. Thank you for your consideration.

Beautiful location. Neat and clean property. Lot to enjoy , walk. As expected food inside is expensive. Having said that, food was good. Ala carte has lot of local food, buffet is decent and fresh food. Good place to just sit and relax or have lots of internal activities within property at a cost.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
