You will get the best experience here, very good resort with amazing view from rooms (super deluxe are sea facing). Even if some rooms are not sea facing, it is still worth the time, you can step out anytime and clean beach backside. Almost no water sports here but you get to dine in front of sea and sunset and mornings are serene. Beach backside is not crowded, nor empty also. Owner is very helpful and customizes the food as per needs (we had an infant with us). Food (veg) is very good too in restaurant. Book without a second thought, you will love this place. Bay, beach, rocks, music, garden everything is there. We were able to spot dolphins from room balcony early morning.

Great location just in front of the beach, Amazing view , Good sevice , clean room though the food tariff is slightly at higher side [ but this can be ignore considering above]. This is recommended for family trip

The manager is very rude and liar he gave us package with complimentary breakfast. But he charged us for the breakfast as well as complimentary water bottles in spite of showing him the audio of conversation. They were speaking bad words to us in spite of the proofs regarding booking. Just a order of a coffee took them 30 min to prepare. Service is not good. Rooms were good. Location is good. They are lacking in management. Need to follow their word. I will suggest to read reviews before booking. We made a mistake you please don't do.

Cozy by the coast, Coastal Bay Beach Resort is a comfy escape with awesome ocean views. The nice staff, cool stuff to do, and easy beach access make it super chill. The food is tasty too! Great spot if you want a calm break.

I personally loved my stay in Coastal Bay. The ambience is very soothing and the beach is really beautiful here. The staff here are friendly and the service is amazing as well. Also I don't know why people are talking rubbish about the owner he is very sweet and friendly man.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
