Excellent place for a small holiday. The hotel staff is good and cooperative. Food was delicious made by the chef. Excellent service provided by Rukhmini Devi. She treats you really well. Its a safe place even for womens to go on for a small trip. Beach is nearby to this resort around 5 min . Rooms are good but needs a bit maintenance.

A must visit place for both family and for couples if you are looking out for a quite & serene place to unwind & relax. Great service by the hotel staff specially Rukhmani who went out of her way to make our stay even more special and Nandu at the reception who helped in organising a transport for us for sightseeing. Room and the pool was well maintained as well as the property in overall. It is very well accessible from the main road if you are travelling via local transport. Overall a great experience.

Pros: Decent stay away from the hustle bustle, good service provided by Rukmini devi and Mr. Ram. Enjoyed our stay. Cons: Complimentary breakfast was below average with no options. Could improve on food and provide food in packages along with the room. As room for 5K is expensive without food included..especially on week days!

Its a good option if you're on a budget. Good place, lots of hammocks, good pool, good service by Mrs. rukmini devi ji. But the breakfast options are VERY limited, and cleanliness was 3 out of 5 points. If you are used to luxury stays, this is NOT what you're looking for. The showerhead was broken. The sliding door towards to backyard of the room, could be easily opened without the actual keys. The dog misplaced one of my cousin's shoe which was kept on the deck.

Manager Nandu is very helpful and cooperative. The property is good. However rooms need a lot of maintenance work to be done. Food service is below avg. Definitely not worth paying 4k per day. You can find better options at a lower price than this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
