Value for money hotel in this part of town. It’s part of the well planned Magarpatta City. The hotel has ample amount of parking, a nice restuarant & bar, each room has a kitchenette & a sitting area like you have in serviced apartments. Cleanliness is good, staff is efficient and helpful. But lacks basic things like not providing face tissue box!

Look out for fake reviews, we were forced to leave a positive review when we arrived. While the facilities were beautiful and the room was clean, we had a bad experience when we showed up. We had driven for several hours and it was late when we arrived. While the man who showed us to our room was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, he would not leave our room until we left a positive review on Trip Advisor. We asked him to leave several times so we could get settled in but he would not leave until he saw that the review was submitted. I am sure he was just following instructions for superiors but this was a very stressful experience.

Great place. I was there for 14 days. They make you feel like a family stay. And the staff members are pretty good and always available for your queries. Food quality was too good and about rooms too specious & beautiful.

A Perfect Blend of Work and Pleasure! I recently stayed at Cocoon Hotel for a two-night work trip, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. The suite was great—spacious and clean, offering the perfect retreat after a busy day. The highlight was the exceptional food. Every meal was a delight, and the staff's attention to detail was impressive. The hotel's central location was convenient for my work commitments. Overall, a top-notch stay – highly recommended!

A combination of hotel facilities and service apartment. The rooms are spacious, having one sitting room,1 balcony and 1 bedroom. There is small pantry area with microwave. I guess you have to ask for cutlery if you need any. I did not ask. The location is good for office staff. If you are just for a vacation it's a bit away from center. They have restaurant. Breakfast is good, but average for other food items. Adjacent to the hotel is a market cum mall area with lot of options for food.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
