Firstly, location is pretty good as it is easily accessible to Whitefield-Hoskote road with a walk away distance. The staff needs to be proactive in attending customers. During the check-in time, the associate was totally occupied with his phone call and wasn’t interested. This is a very bad hospitality. The rooms are spacious but there is lot of scope to keep it clean and tidy. The washroom doesn’t have any toiletries and is stinky. The pillow, bed and bedspread all were filthy. The cost is on a higher side given the kind of facilities and cleanliness. They don’t accept online booking too. I wouldn’t recommend this place as I don’t see anything positive apart from the location

Due to offer price the hotel asking to pay extra money for check in. When connect agoda customer chat the hotel accepted my check in and they gave me terrace room which is used by workers scared to stay and left in minutes . Terrible service by Agoda and hotel. Don't attract cheap offers and don't waste your money , time.

They will not accept the Oyo romm charges. Don't pay money in advance. Oyo will not respond or take action. With Oyo room charges they will give sheet cover dabba rooms. Don't book this hotel, this is purely njoyment lovers and other non social activities place. Don't go with family

This is the worst hotel for lodging , they ask for extra money , they have not provided electricity to the room and the receptionist saying different stories . We ended up a pathetic lodging

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
