Accessibility is one that is great about this place. You would need to do the usual asks for a non smoking room, if you need cleaning,need a towel,the staff are very happy to oblige. There are charges above MRP for anything you buy, but these you are buying in emergency isn't it. Breakfast is very basic, generally in Cal breakfast is light, they rotate the menu. Staff was happy to oblige when we wanted to see a particular India World Cup match,they immediately recharged and help switch the channel on. Very friendly staff. Overall Good , we stayed there for 4 nights.

It was a great business Trip. The Front office Manager of the Hotel was a wonderful host. We were welcomed warmly and she really did go out of her way to accommodate our requirements. The roof top atmosphere was relaxed and quiet which was perfect to have a conversation. The overall service was Good. The problem is only veg food is available. The price is very high.service is slow. Only 2 people are working for the entire hotel Gaurav and samarash.they are very Hard working but they need man power. Guidance. Need to know Basic attitude of hospitality. Otherwise it's a clean well maintained hotel. In a budget. Available at Oyo .

I had regularly visited the five star hotel near Revaa Hotel. But I found the best deal at Revaa and the most warm welcoming in the city of Joy.Front Office processing is strict and lengthy. Roof top Restaurant is good you can enjoy your evening with music Hookha and Starters (All Veg) 😕 Thanks Mr Gupta and all the staff for your Excellent service and the very good smile all the time. *Very professional * very helpful *Hygienic *Worthy Thanks a lot To the Lady Manager. and your team.

As a frequent guest of Revaa hotel last 2 years I want to inform their management team that sometimes you should invest for your standard of maintenance. Your one sandwich price is 275/- why people will pay that when in swiggy rs 100 non veg sandwich is available . that guy in your kitchen is explaining to us why your food is best. Its not like we believe but he was impressed by the way we ordered. And its the truth what food he served as he promised its tasty and presentable so we dont feel bad to pay that much money .last day when i came I saw he was not there I asked one guy as per him because of his salary he has been terminated. I really feel bad for him.He was really a helpful guy.its really sad being a loyal guest of revaa I suggest to their management to take him back . He will be a beneficial one day .

The price which is showing online they don't accept that price they will increase it, room service was poor no toiletries was there Tv was not working we had to go to the reception then asked to provide so. It should be checked and provided before giving rooms to guests. Also bed is very uncomfortable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
