        Worst hotel ever 😡👌🏼 I recently booked a room at this hotel to celebrate New Year's Eve, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Despite having a reservation, I was not provided with the room I had booked in advance. This unexpected hiccup greatly affected our celebration plans. The lack of accommodation not only caused inconvenience but also left a negative impact on the overall enjoyment of the special occasion. Communication with the staff about the issue was less than satisfactory, and the resolution offered did not adequately address the inconvenience caused. While the hotel may have potential, the mismanagement of reservations and the subsequent impact on our celebration left a lasting impression. I hope the hotel can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

        The stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. Hygiene standards were subpar, and the customer service was notably unsatisfactory. Additionally, the discrepancy in pricing between the online platform and the actual cost was frustrating. Overall, an overpriced stay coupled with hygiene issues and poor customer care made this a regrettable experience.

        The worst room ever booked. I was made to wait 40mins past check-in time, inspite of booking 5 days ahead and paying the full amount. When enquired, he told they serve on first come basis. Then i had to clarify over and over finally I got the keys. The hallways is gloomy, with broken walls and smells bad. Room has no windows l, poor ventilation and smells like dust. Toilet leaks on flushing and no exhaust fan. Had a short-circuit on the 1st day and the lights and fan went out.Staff is not professional. I checked out the very next morning to a different hotel. Location is on main road, noisy but easy access to kadavanthara metro station.

        Really terrible experience that i received from this hotel. The room and appearance was totally different from given details and the room was extremely worst in conditions without primary facilities.there is no proper power points, switches and other facilities in AC rooms. The very unadjustable thing that there is no waste basket for disposal even a tissue paper. The receptionist was totally rude in behaviour and wasn't gave appropriate respect to the guests that what i feel.Over all it was not a good option to the traveller's with average standard.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
