Very bad experience, actually their are some different rooms for oyo customers and non oyo bookings. Rooms are very bad and unhygienic. I request him to change my room but they said you have booked by oyo so this type of rooms we have.

I booked it via oyo & when I reached there they asked for additional 500 rs and when I argued they told me to talk to oyo executives but since it was late in the night I had to pay additional amount. A very bad odour was there in the room and bedsheets were also not clean. Overall very bad experience.

They do not get rooms clean every day, they will not pick up used plates and glasses until you call the staff. Even the bedsheets and pillow covers don't seem to be clean. I have given one star only because food is good.

Stayed in an OYO Room here. We were 3 people staying. And for 3, the room was a little congested. The linen could be cleaner too. But the service of the staff was very prompt and ready. They were very helpful. They called an auto for us at 5am in the morning, brought non veg food from outside for us even though the hotel menu doesn't serve non veg, let us keep the luggage for about 4-5 hrs in the reception safely even after we checked out, let us use their fridge too. Anything you need, just one call at the reception and everything would be attended to.

Nice hotel. It is good place if you want to spend a night here. Food is not good at all. I used to prefer to order in zomato. Rest hotel is fine and very central to almost all the location. This hotel is situated in mid of the city. Other disadvantage is that this hotel didn't provide you bike parking here. Rest i love this place due to its location. Service is also good. If you instruct anything to hotel manager then eveything get sorted out asap that what i like most about this hotel.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
