One of the worst hotel experiences. Receptionist was rude and will ask extra money eventhough it was paid in app before hand. No room services, AC and geyser not working, no drinking water, won't clean room until you vacate. Not at all recommended for FAMILY.

If you are coming with your family I would suggest don't book this hotel. This hotel is for couples who are looking for rooms for 2hrs. Reception boy is very rude, he may ask you for extra money if you want to stay. You won't get any room service/toiletries. They won't change bed sheets and pillow cover until you vacate the room. They will not clean your room. Don't expect any water bottle/tea/coffee/snacks/breakfast.

I had the worse experience, the hotel is literally a SCAM. I booked one room for my friends. Also paid the advance of Rs 266 while booking. When my aunt and I went to check the condition of the room, the owner lowered our morale at the reception by saying that the condition is according to the tariff and there are only 10 OYO rooms and remaing are private ones. When checked the condition it was decent according to the tariff. He kept encouraging us to check the private rooms with higher tariff, which we did just to compare, but didn't find much difference. When my friends arrived at the hotel they were denied the room by saying it is already alloted to someone else. I argued with the owner that how that can happen when we've already paid advance. He kept saying people are not getting room even after paying the full amount. We had to take the room with higher tariff for the night because it was quite late and my friends were already tired but then I got to know the next day that he alloted one of the OYO room itself but charged more. I've already had a very long talk with OYO executive, they've promised that the hotel will be charged with penalty. I don't even want to give 1 start but cannot post the review without it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
