The hotel rooms are with stinky smell and the guy brought room freshener after my request. Pillow covers are with stains and seems they never washed, on my request got some nice one. The fridge was like a dustbin, it’s rusted ,stinky. The staff was in friendly especially the reception guy. It’s not suggestive for families, I visited India n hyd for some work and had horrendous experience with this filthy hotel. Even noticed other people here and seems suspicious about activities here. Totally horrible experience and pls stay away from this hotel. Please remove this hotel from all the websites. Very bad room service and they are not talking properly.

Top worst stay in OYO listed hotels. Never book this hotel even if they offer for the lowest price. Rooms with stinky smell Dirty bedsheets cockroaches in room and on bed. Room filled with dust. If you want to fall sick book this Stay.

If I say it was pathetic then it's an understatement. I feel like I have been cheated and robbed off my hard earned money. Right from check in to the room to the beds to the linen to the condition of the hotel. Everything is absolutely dismal. Would never ever want to stay in this hotel. Request general public to stay from this hotel unless you desperately want to stay in the same locality. Summary -- I have been cheated by OYO

Nothing was properly maintained like no hot water, towel, soap, tv was not working, no proper cleaning of shelves. Found left over used condoms and sperms marks on the bed sides as well as washroom.

Worst hotel. No toiletry provided. Receptionist doesn't no how to talk and how behave with customer. Room quality is worst . It stinks and cockroach problem.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
