Excellent Place for stay. Very comfortable and familiar. Special thing is that 1. Staff behavior. All staff members are very humble and polite. 2. Restaurant taste was too good. 3. Staff availability of staff between Midnight's.

The hotel location is prime no doubt because will get the access of many other locations easily. But but, this hotel is is pathetic in terms of room service, customer service and overall behaviour. I got some discount while booking through Oyo and then the hotel is denied to give discount while check in . 0 is my whish to star them but I gave 1 at least.

Stupid people, even after having ample rooms available they deny for room availability for online customers just to charge higher tariffs. On top of that they don't have service matching the paid amount, TV NOT WORKING, TOILETS NOT CLEANED, THEY DONT PROVIDE ROOM KEYS UNLESS FORCED TO DO SO BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE SEPARATE KEYS, also after charging such higher tariff they don't provide basic breakfast.

We didn't got room which we expected. online rooms looks great with amenities but reality its really bad.. Specially 406 room number. There is no tv inside the room.. washroom door has no lock or foot stoper. i tried to sleep but every time that door is making noise. washrooms window mirror is also broked someone can easily see from another side. Room vibe is really not good. we got 2 towels which are already wet.. we didn't use that. Overall not satisfied with the room..

Pathetic service. They dont provide rooms even after having plenty of the rooms available. We had online booking to which we were asked to pay extra 900rp. Worst rooms this hotel have. Dirty linens paint chipped off. Dirty washrooms. Cockroaches in rooms and rats on bathroom windows. Just pathetic

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
