Worst experience ever. Furnitures are from Victorian era and seems like nobody cleaned since the freedom movement. The bathroom had no locks so communicate with your roommates to not barge in while you do your business. Flushing will require some top notch engineering so good luck with that. Lastly the bed. It was once in a lifetime experience sleeping in that bed. I still have scars from the bug bites I received. Happy stay!

This hotel in Hyderabad is downright terrible! The room they gave me was a disaster. The bathroom lock was completely useless, the commode flush was broken, and to make matters worse, there was no AC remote and not even a single towel in sight. Can you believe that? When I repeatedly asked for a towel, they had the audacity to bring one from a nearby hotel, and the guy had the nerve to say, "I could only find one, Sir." Now, you might be wondering why I didn't just leave this nightmare of a hotel. Well, the reason is simple. I had already prepaid for the room and arrived with my family at 2 in the morning. I had no other option but to endure this horrendous experience.

It is an awesome place for people who wants to relive Ancient Rome era with dusty furnitures. You’ll feel right in place with the bed bugs and the cockroaches. They won’t give you toiletries to give you the classic medieval life feels. Beautiful beds with spring mattress from mother Teresa’s youth. Bedsheets have this beautiful yellow stains. My friends and I had a very good time playing a game called ‘guess the stain’. The bed bugs were very loving and will definitely give you free souvenirs. I still carry scars.

Bad experience..first they denied check in though I booked the room through goibibo and I already paid for5 days in ' 5000Rs.. the receptionist was so manipulative as she denied check in n blamed goibibo other hotel apps saying they mint money by doing fraud by showing less amount online..hotel regal has listed itself on all booking sites on less price..it's a trap bcz they want to attract tourists to book their hotel n mint money by manipulating n blaming others.. I had to wait for five hours in lobby with luggage.finally I taken one room 250RS.The bathroom is very bad and not cleaned.the room full of cockroach and bedbugs . please don't book this hotel

Booked this hotel on a website but staff refused to give admission on given price. They even refused to return my booking amount. Not recommended at all. Rude behaviour by staff. Had to book another hotel in middle of night because of third class service. It's just a fraud hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
