Rooms are not good. Mosquitoes are there. They refuse to provide free breakfast, which was included, as I booked through Agoda. The kitchen is not hygienic, still they don't allow outside food. Not worth it to stay here.

DO NOT BOOK this hotel. I made the biggest mistake of my life by booking this hotel. I have booked it from Agoda and for any problem I faced here the staff just said talk to Agoda people. Here are the problems I faced today: 1. The rooms are very very dirty, the dirtiest room I have seen in my life. 2. The hotel staff is very unprofessional and unethical. 3. The rooms are exactly opposite from the pictures listed on the website. 4. The checkin time was 12PM but I came at 5PM still the rooms were not ready they kept me waiting for long before handing over the rooms. 5. The rooms are stinking very very badly it feels like vomiting inside the room.

I have booked ac deluxe room but the ac was not working. Booked for 3 person, they have only given a queen size bed. Outside food is not allowed and whatever they serve are very high in cost and very low in quality. Not recommended to anyone. While booking through oyo they confirmed to provide early checkin but hotel staff denied and said why do we make the room vacant from previous day. There no proper sync between hotel and booking sites. Whatever mentioned in booking sites will be easily ignored by the hotel. My family somehow adjusted for a night but we never recommended this to anyone. Highly disappointed 😞

The rooms were extremely dirty, you could feel it if you were walking bare feet, as it would stick to the floor. The sheets were unclean and there were stains in the pillows. The washroom was atleast clean. Room service is adequate.

The location is good. Has AC and geyser. Has free WiFi. Have their own kitchen and the food is served in your room. The service folks are good. The Bedsheets, towels and curtains need to be cleaner. A good option at the discounted rates you get in OYO.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
