After our bad experience in Pozhiyoram which is just beside this hotel, we checked in colonel’s beach villa. Rooms are maintained, and upper floor rooms have a great sea view. Worth staying if you are visiting for a day or two in alleppey and need an affordable beach side property.

Location of the resort is lovely and beach facing cottage are nice. Just 50mts away from beach and cool place to spend your evening. Sea wave are slight harsh hence not suitable to play in water.

The 3 star is for the location. The beach villa is situated right in front of the Thumboli Beach... Awesome clean beach, good privacy and safe to dip in to. There is no sign boards kept on the roads leading to the villa, but the Google Map will take you to the location correctly. The villa is good for a bachelor's get together but I would not suggest for family. The property needs maintenance like replacement of broken bathroom taps, health faucet etc. Some rooms do not have AC and during my stay, current failure was very frequent with no backup supply. Since the villa is next to sea, the salty atmosphere has taken its toll on rusting of metals and pealing off of paint. The staff/ caretaker is very much welcoming. They make food of your choice and the taste is OK. Pricing of each villas is very cheap so that all can afford the same. The range is from Rs 1800 to 2500. There are only 5 rooms here. Parking space is limited for 3-4 cars.

Excellent Location, Peaceful... Beach attached property... Owner of property is very helpful and even the staff... Great stay.... In Budget ... 5 star for everything... Will visit again if I am travelling Alappuzha

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
