Have stayed at the Comfort Inn once and attended multiple events here. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. We could accommodate an extra bed easily. They have a hall in the basement which can easily accommodate 70-80 people. They also have a lounge on the 4th floor. The breakfast spread is very good. Service is good. The hotel is inside a lane but they have a parking ground in front. Can become congested during events though.

Hotel is extremely with classic view in front of Varuna river corridor. Room was spacious with balcony side. Grate services and excellent food. Once again will try to visit this hotel. Thanks for your hospitality.

Had an excellent stay at Comfort Inn, Benaras. Everything from the airport pick up/drop, ease of check in/out, facilitation of reliable and reasonable taxi/Guide was absolutely perfect. The front desk staff and in particular Mr Anuj are top rated in their service, support and assistance. They are very attentive and helpful. The restaurant was a real hidden gem. Their food is very tasty and I can confidently say that the khasta kachori and jalebis that they served in the breakfast buffet were far far better in taste and quality than the other so called famous eateries for these items in the town. The breakfast spread is diverse and sure to make all palates happy. You will also not regret the galauti kebab their chef makes. It's too good. The rooms are more spacious than hotels in the peer group and furniture and linen are clean and well maintained. The location is pretty much at the city and yet in a quiet enclave. Highly recommend the place for everything that it offers.

The quality of my stay at this hotel was fairly poor. For the price this hotel requests-- I do not think it matches the quality of the overall service and room. I cannot recommend this hotel to other foreign travellers.

I had an amazing stay at Comfort Inn Benaras for 3 day visit. Rooms are well equipped & clean. Food quality is 4 star. Good breakfast spread. Shout out to hotel manager, Anuj Mishra, who made things smooth for us, including can bookings. Ours was a last minute booking during peak tourist season and Anuj helped us with booking as well

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
