Fine property if you want a decent stay and with family as well. Don't expect luxury and good food/ service here, obviously for the price you are paying. Only value for money under ₹2,800. Main markets/ old city are just 10 min ride in an auto/ e-rikshaw.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel fell short of my expectations. The room I booked was too small to properly accommodate the extra bed that was added, leading to a cramped and inconvenient furniture arrangement. Housekeeping did not service my room during the day while I was out, leaving used towels that created an unpleasant odor in the room. The mattress on the extra bed was of very low quality, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Given that I paid Rs. 7500 for a night, I was disappointed by the lack of service and amenities provided by the hotel. When I brought these issues to the management's attention, they seemed indifferent to my concerns. I would hesitate to recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for an enjoyable and hassle-free accommodation experience.

I always prefer staying at hotel comfort inn sapphire. Although the rooms are decent the main reason for staying here is definitely the location of this property. I often travel for business and find this hotel super convenient to easily move around Jaipur for business and tourism.

Was ok overall, can be better. A little noise outside the rooms also you can hear all the movements the neighbors do. One night, we didn't have hot water, and they forgot to give us towels.

Staff members were very cooperative since the time I was checked-in.We have booked 2 rooms and our experience with this hotel is superb and we enjoyed a lot staying over there.Good environment for family and very clean environment in every corner of the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
