We had a 4 nights stay in April 2023, our experience at this place was great. The owner himself takes personal care of all the things required. They also have good facilities like heated beds and huge geysers in each rooms.

We have stayed here with our family for 2 days.The place is stunningly beautiful. It is decorated completed with wood and it's a cosy stay for someone who wants a palace feeling .Food is Delicious and lots of varietes in breakfast and dinner with Veg and non Veg option.Room is having heating bed with hot bath tub. The staff and owner are very welcoming and helpful. Overall it's a very good experience with them and would advice to choose the place if thinking of a place to stay in Srinagar

The Villa was really good it can comfortably accommodate 8 people per floor which are 3 bhk. The hall has proper dining area with proper wooden fireplace which keeps the hall room and dining area warm and cosy. The interiors are great with neat and clean well maintained washrooms. All the rooms had electric blanket which helps you sleep comfortably. And the food is really great just like homecooked food and the prices are reasonable as well. The owner is also very kind and friendly and helps you out with everything. The property has a small garden also. The only issue with the property is the location which is quite difficult to reach. It is advisable to call the owner before 2 kms so that the owner can guide and navigate you properly...do not follow Google Maps till the end.

We had gone in Ronak Resort in the month of April 2023. It was great experince, we had stay for three days , it was feeling like back to home. Room was very beautifull , neat and clean .Food quality was awesom. Ronak Resort staff service was very good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
