Delighted to share a wonderful experience at a picturesque houseboat offering a captivating view of the lake. Adjacent to the houseboat, a small parcel of land offers opportunities for leisurely walks and relaxation. The hospitality extended was exemplary, characterized by the courteous and amiable demeanor of the staff. The culinary offerings, including both dinner and breakfast, were exquisite. In summary, a memorable and all-encompassing experience.

10/10 Experience at Dandoo Palace Houseboat. I was here with my mother. Hafiz bhai is a gem of a person, his hospitality is close to home and the stay was satisfactory. Food is really good. The houseboat is very clean and all the hygiene factors are well taken care of. Rooms are warm, beautiful and cozy. Experience of witnessing the finest Persian art and the artists was a bonus. For Houseboat experience at Dal Lake, this place is highly recommended. Bohot bohot shukriya Hafiz bhai for an unforgettable experience.

Royal Dandoo Palace, one of the best houseboat! If you are at srinagar dal lake this houseboat is much recommended, very neat, hygienic & spacious rooms! And Hafiz bhaiya at this stay was so friendly, helpful & cooperative he made our stay so enjoyable and more comfortable. In June 23 it was my second stay at Royal Dandoo and I was more than satisfied. This time around we had an affable care taker Mr. Hafiz who was always there to take care of us early in the morning or well past mid night. Right up to my drive back to Delhi, he was checking out on my welfare. That was quite touching. The houseboat is conveniently located near Ghat 17 of Dal Lake and transit is not an issue in reasonable hours. There are always flower, handicraft and other vendors whom you can call up for displaying their stuff. Floating market is nearby (5-10 min). It is quite serene to be in this house boat. The food is good and once again...Hafiz makes you feel at home always...

me and my family stayed here in this beautiful houseboat , i must say the hospitality and service deserves 5 stars rating , the rooms are very clean , toilets are very neat plus toiletries are included ,the food was great (homely food), mr.Hafiz was the caretaker he was very helpful ,we needed early checkout out in the morning for our flight he helped us to get shikara .(you have to come through shikara to the hotel and back ) must stay and New experience

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
