I had the best time at hotel. The hotel's location was perfect. The staff there were so nice and made me feel comfortable. My room was really cozy and had everything I needed. And the food at their restaurant was amazing! I tried so many yummy dishes at the breakfast buffet. too! It was so close to all the cool places I wanted to visit, and I didn't have to walk too far or worry about getting around. The rooms are pretty clean.

Excellent hotel with large & spacious rooms. I was assigned a room directly overlooking the Ulsoor lake and it looked amazing. There's not much open green space within / around the hotel. But that's okay for short trips. Buffet breakfast is excellent and lunch to was awesome matches the standards of a good five star hotel. Overall a comfortable stay within the hectic business trip....

Amazing stay. Room and facilities were amazing. The breakfast downstairs was great, as well as the rooftop bar. The hotel felt quiet as though nobody was around and this was a lovely comfortable feeling. Location wise; you couldn’t get a better spot. It was worth every Penny and the staff were great. Only one thing I would like to point out in my review which I hope the hotel take seriously is the attitude of the waiter who took charge of the roof top bar. tattoos and dark hair. He was rude to us on multiple occasions and whilst I don’t think he intended to be, it made us slightly uncomfortable. We were told we could take our drinks from the bar to the rooftop - he would tell us we couldn’t. We were guests of the hotel, he saw us every day in the lift. One day he’d accept cash others he wouldn’t. He was totally oblivious to guests at times and to be frank, his attitude overall wasn’t great in such a beautiful setting. He should consider how this rubs off on guests. I’d really like to highlight this was only one person and it didn’t change our experience - more just to raise awareness to the staff. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We had an amazing family holiday at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities catered to both kids and adults. The pool area was a highlight, offering relaxation and fun for everyone. Highly recommend for a memorable family getaway! A special shout out to their reservations manager Ms Priya Darsini who took the extra effort to make my 7 year old son feel thrilled by organising toys and other kids activities at our room on arrival. The hotel’s attention to detail truly stood out, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

We did a bulk booking in Conrad for a wedding in the family (last week of December) and the service was EXCELLENT! Right from specific room floor allocations, accommodating for a few early check-ins, concierge services, the food menu and the food by itself, everything was impeccable. Of course there was a team behind the scenes as well but I would like to name Ms. Pratima and Mr. Ajay who stood tall and strong to make sure our guests were well served and had a great experience. I must also mention Ms. Kanika who helped in the check-ins of the guests and made sure it was smooth while there were other hotel check-ins too at the same time. Kudos to the above mentioned team and the ones behind the scenes for making sure everything went so smoothly and making our guests feel valuable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
