Worst hotel I've stayed in. We had booked our holiday in early December 2023 to go on holiday in January 2024. I contacted the owner or manager by phone in December to make sure the booking was successful. He told me that he had received the reservation and that everything was fine. I was very happy and looked forward to my holiday with pleasure. Unfortunately I was told on first day that they are overbooked. This means that these people cannot be trusted at all. They could probably rent out the room for a better price. This overbooking was made on purpose. They should be ashamed of that! I would leave zero stars if I could. Please don't go with reviews as all are paid reviews...

Good Place for a family vacation.A little far from main city Madikeri although bit is situated in main road. Food is good , hospitality also good. Rooms are large with big balcony but offer no or little view. Very steep and narrow road to reach this property , so new drivers may find it difficult to reach here in bought.

Good resort, good service, good views, good service, good staff I will say overall decent place to stay. Only drawback is the approach is difficult for big vehicles and if you are with kids and senior citizens then it is a big problem. Drivers refuse to come up all the way to the reception and then people have to climb up stairs. Driver may use that as an excuse as well, I don't know.

Our three-day stay at the homestay in the third week of December was thoroughly enjoyable. The terrace offered a stunning view of the mountains, and the rooms and washrooms were clean. Arun, the owner, provided excellent service, and we would like to express our gratitude for that. The breakfast and dinner served were not only delicious but also added to the overall positive experience. A big thank you to Arun for making our stay memorable.

If you are choosing this place, go for Supreme rooms with the view. Food is average here, and it's kind of far to the places by 3 or 4 km from madikeri.. you can chill in th3 balconies in the morning and evening.. It's a good experience than any other average stays.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
